An Early Morecambe FC Document
This letter, dated September 18 1902, is one of the earliest known artifacts relating to the founding of a football club in Morecambe.
Signed by Mr. W. J. Dance honorary secretary, it is addressed to J.M. Howson of the Morecambe branch of the Lancaster Banking Company, advising that Mr. Dance and Mr. G. Dracup will sign cheques on the club's new bank account, following the passing of a resolution to that effect by the club's committee.
